WHAT TYPES OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT DO YOU INSTALL AND MAINTAIN?
We have experience with conveyors, material handling systems, sorting and transport equipment, steel structures, platforms, stairways, access systems and various production technologies used in industrial facilities.
CAN YOU REPLACE EXISTING EQUIPMENT DURING OPERATIONAL SHUTDOWNS?
Yes. We regularly participate in equipment replacements, modernization projects and shutdown maintenance where minimizing downtime is critical.

WHAT FABRICATION SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
We manufacture steel structures, welded assemblies, frames, railings, staircases, gates, platforms and custom steel components for industrial and commercial applications.
WHAT WELDING PROCESSES DO YOU USE?
Our primary fabrication process is MIG/MAG welding of carbon steel. We focus on structural steelwork, welded frames and custom metal fabrications.
CAN YOU SUPPLY LASER-CUT AND MACHINED PARTS?
Yes. Through our trusted manufacturing partners, we can provide laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting, machining, bending and other specialized processes as part of a complete project solution.
DO YOU OFFER SURFACE TREATMENT?
Yes. We can arrange hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and industrial painting through certified partners to deliver finished products ready for installation.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY?
Our annual fabrication capacity is approximately 120–180 tonnes of steel structures and welded assemblies, depending on project complexity and installation requirements.
CAN YOU MANUFACTURE ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER DRAWINGS?
Yes. We regularly manufacture according to customer-supplied drawings, workshop documentation and technical specifications.
DO YOU HANDLE BOTH SINGLE PIECES AND SMALL SERIES PRODUCTION?
Yes. We manufacture both individual custom fabrications and small-to-medium production batches depending on customer requirements.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
We primarily work with carbon steel profiles, plates, tubes and structural sections used in industrial, commercial and residential projects.
CAN YOU DELIVER COMPLETE FABRICATION PACKAGES?
Yes. We can provide fabrication, subcontracted processing, surface treatment, transportation and installation as a complete turnkey solution.
QUALIFICATIONS & SAFETY
WHAT TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS DO YOUR PERSONNEL HOLD?
Our personnel hold valid welding certifications in accordance with applicable EN and ISO standards., lifting and rigging certifications, crane operation permits, forklift licenses, MEWP (mobile elevated work platform) certifications and other training required for industrial installation and maintenance projects.
CAN YOUR TEAMS WORK IN ACTIVE INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES?
Yes. Our teams regularly work in operating production environments and follow site-specific safety procedures, permit systems and customer requirements.
DO YOU PROVIDE CERTIFIED WELDERS?
Yes. Welding personnel hold valid welding qualifications in accordance with applicable European and Czech standards for the processes and materials being used.
ARE YOUR TEAMS QUALIFIED FOR WORK AT HEIGHT?
Yes. Depending on project requirements, our personnel can work from access platforms, lifting equipment and other approved access systems while complying with applicable safety regulations.
CAN YOU MEET CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC SAFETY REQUIREMENTS?
Yes. We regularly adapt to customer-specific safety procedures, induction training, permit-to-work systems and site regulations.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A QUOTATION?
Depending on project complexity, quotations are typically prepared within a few working days.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR A QUOTATION?
For fabrication projects, technical drawings or sketches are usually sufficient. For gates, railings and custom steelwork, dimensions, photos and a brief project description are often enough for an initial assessment.
DO YOU OFFER SITE VISITS AND MEASUREMENTS?
Yes. We can arrange site visits and technical measurements when required.
CAN YOU PROVIDE COMPLETE TURNKEY SOLUTIONS?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can provide fabrication, surface treatment, transportation and installation as a complete package.
