The website is hosted on Webflow. Webflow may process form submissions and technical information as a service provider and may use additional subprocessors to operate its platform.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technology providers, including Webflow, are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are used, including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and contractual safeguards required by data protection law.

7. Retention periods

  • ordinary enquiries and related correspondence are normally retained for no longer than 3 years after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is needed for a contract or legal claim;
  • documents connected with contracts, invoices or accounting are retained for the periods required by applicable law, commonly up to 10 years;
  • technical and security logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for website operation, security and incident investigation.

Data may be deleted earlier where it is no longer needed.

8. Rights of individuals

Depending on the circumstances, individuals may request access to their personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. They may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Requests can be sent to info@petr-im.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

A complaint may also be submitted to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
