Replacement of two 8-ton industrial drums during a scheduled production shutdown. The job involved heavy lifting, precise positioning in a confined space and close coordination with the shutdown schedule.

Industrial shutdowns leave little room for delays. During this job, we replaced two industrial drums weighing approximately 8 tonnes each.
The work required careful planning, crane-assisted handling and precise positioning inside an industrial facility. Because of the limited space and the weight of the equipment, every step had to be carried out with a strong focus on safety and coordination with the follow-up work.
The main challenges were restricted working space, heavy loads and a fixed shutdown deadline. Accurate positioning of the equipment was critical for a smooth production restart.
Replacing heavy industrial equipment requires more than installation experience. It takes preparation, coordination, knowledge of heavy-load handling and the ability to work safely under time pressure.
Shutdown maintenance, machinery installation and industrial modernization are a regular part of our work. Whether the challenge is weight, size, restricted access or a short shutdown window, the goal is always a reliable result without unnecessary delay.
