Assembly support for a 370-ton steel structure and technological tower at an industrial facility in Bopfingen. The project required fast coordination, work at height and close cooperation with the client’s site supervisor.

The project was carried out in cooperation with Rudnick & Enners, a supplier of technologies for pelleting, crushing, conveying and screening systems.
We supported the assembly of a 370-ton steel structure at the Ladenburger industrial facility. Working alongside the client’s site supervisor, our team assisted with steel structure assembly, installation of a 24-meter steel tower, bolt tightening and completion of the technological unit.
The job was completed in approximately 21 days under demanding industrial site conditions. Coordination, installation accuracy and reliable work on site were essential.
Work Process
The project required fast-paced assembly work inside an active industrial site, where installation teams, lifting operations and follow-up technological works had to be coordinated closely.
Our installation crew worked alongside the client’s site supervisor during the assembly of the steel structure and technology sections. Due to the scale and complexity of the installation, the team had to solve issues on site, align structural components accurately and coordinate continuously with several other teams.
The work included assembly at height, structural positioning, bolt tightening and preparation of individual sections for the next installation steps. Despite the demanding schedule, the project followed the planned assembly sequence.
