Fabrication and installation of more than 44 tonnes of structural steel used to reinforce existing ceiling structures during the reconstruction of a senior care facility in Žďár nad Sázavou.

As part of the reconstruction of a senior care facility in Žďár nad Sázavou, we fabricated and installed steel elements designed to reinforce the existing ceiling system of the building.
The project involved workshop fabrication, surface preparation, delivery and installation of HEB100 and UPE240 steel profiles across several floors and building sections. Fabrication was technically straightforward, but installation required precise handling of long and heavy steel members inside an existing building under reconstruction.
In total, more than 44 tonnes of structural steel and connection materials were incorporated into the building.
The structural reinforcement formed part of a wider redevelopment and modernization project for a senior care facility operated by SeneCura.
Although the overall reconstruction project was ultimately not completed by the investor, we completed the contracted steel reinforcement works according to the project documentation and construction schedule.
The project shows our ability to deliver larger structural steel installations inside existing buildings, where logistics, coordination and installation accuracy are often just as important as the fabrication itself.
